Traffic Police Signals

All users must obey the orders of the Traffic Police ( Traffic authorities responsible for regulating and supervising traffic), or their agents, provided they are duly identified as such.

	Stopping oncoming traffic Arm raised vertically, palm forward.
	Stopping traffic coming from the rear Arm extended horizontally on the side of the traffic for which the signal is intended, palm forward.
	Stopping traffic coming from the front and rear Simultaneous performance of the above-mentioned signals. That is: Left arm raised vertically, palm forward, and Right arm extended horizontally on the side of the traffic for which the signal is intended, palm forward.
	Signal to move traffic in front Arm raised, forearm moving from front to back and palm facing backwards.
	Signal to move traffic from the right Right arm raised, forearm moving from right to left and palm facing left.
	Signal to move traffic from the left Left arm raised, forearm moving from left to right and palm facing right.
